We adopt a remarkably flexible approach in the way we offer our internal audit services to our clients. The key to our success is adopting customized working arrangements that meet each organization’s need, typically serving our clients in one of three capacities:

• Outsourced arrangement: We serve as the internal audit function of your organization, providing the entire range of internal audit services. For some clients, we work closely with and report to an in-house Internal Audit Director; for others, the Prolianze engagement partner acts as the Internal Audit Director, reporting directly to the Audit Committee.
• Co-sourced arrangement:We serve as a part of your internal audit department and work closely and collaboratively with your internal audit professionals. 
• Special projects:Under this arrangement, we provide resources with required internal audit capabilities, supporting the in-house internal audit department on a project-by-project basis.
