Stephen has over 25 years of experience as a financial director, systems development director, audit manager and business consultant and is based near London, England.

His expertise encompasses Sarbanes-Oxley compliance in which he has specialized since June 2005 undertaking assignments for US owned businesses with operations in Europe. Stephen is responsible for co-ordination of Prolianze activities in Europe.

Stephen previously spent 9 years as Financial Director and Systems Development Director for a pan European Distributor in the hospitality sector where strategic planning, cash flow optimization, budget management and financial reporting were particularly important. Stephen managed 3 acquisitions and implemented IT systems in both UK and Europe.

He spent the 10 years prior as Finance Director of a Swedish owned FMCG manufacturer which extended its own route to market by the acquisition of its own wholesale distributors.

Stephen also spent 10 years with Deloitte progressing to Senior Audit Manager where he was responsible for planning, performing, controlling and reviewing audits and investigations for a variety of clients, in the construction, manufacturing, retail and service sectors. A period of 18 months was spent seconded to Internal Quality and Technical Review.
