Tushar Batra co-founded the Prolianze Group, LLC and heads up the Risk and Compliance Services at Prolianze. Based in Fort Lauderdale, he is responsible for Sarbanes Oxley compliance and Internal Audit engagements. He has over 10 years of experience providing internal audit and business process improvement services and has assisted companies with their Sarbanes Oxley compliance efforts since 2003.
Prior to Prolianze, Tushar worked for Deloitte providing SOX compliance and internal audit services and for Carnival Cruise Lines providing business process improvement and other internal audit services. Over the years, Tushar has served clients ranging from $20 million to $400 million in revenue.
Tushar’s innovative and creative approach towards each engagement has resulted in comprehensive recommendations that streamline operations, increase revenues, and reduce costs.
Tushar is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Financial Services Auditor (CFSA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and Certified Management Accountant (CMA). Tushar holds a bachelor degree from Delhi University, India and MBA from Fuqua School of Business, Duke University. |
